Elliott Owsley Celebrates the Fourth of July

Here are some good photos of my brother Steve's daughter Andrea, her husband Doug Owsley and their son Elliott. Elliot's full name is James Elliott Owsley. He was born March 8th, 2007 in Galloway, Ohio, near Dayton. Elliott is now 16 month old, is very active and happy and is soon to become a chatter box.

Annie says her favorite photo of Elliott is the one in his green & blue sweat suit. "I have it hanging up over my desk," she says. The photo - NOT the sweat suit!

Here are some photos of Elliott taken on July 4th, 2008. "It rained the entire day," Andrea said, "and then it cleared up around 8:00 pm, just in time to take Elliott out to see the parade and the Hilliard fireworks."

Andrea says that Elliott liked the fireworks, but got easily distracted by other, more fun things, like grass and the water fountain. Oh well!

Elliott's New Shiner

Here is a photo of Elliott's first Black Eye. (Awww!)

Last night during Elliott's bath, he tried to make a run for it while his mother turned around to grab a towel. He slipped climbing out of the bath and hit his head, and now has two cuts around his eye and a little bit of a shiner. He was fine and laughing after 5 minutes, but Annie called the after hours nurse anyway, who told her there was no need for a visit to the emergency room.

Annie and Doug decided just to tell people Elliott was in a bar fight over the weekend!
