T.J. Smith is a personal injury lawyer with the firm of
Smith & Helman in Louisville, KY. I was introduced to T.J. by my
friend, Sally Lambert, who is also a lawyer, while I was on a recent
short visit to Louisville on my way back to Dallas from Greenville, SC. T.J.
has agreed to take Rob's case and is now working with John Green in Salt
Lake City to handle various legal paperwork.

Pamela Hart has been a great friend to Rob both before
and after his accident. She visits him every day in the nursing home,
and has been a significant influence is his continuing recovery.
Brent Litster is the Second Councilor in the ward in
Sandy, UT, where Rob attends church. Rob was recently baptized back into
the LDS Church, just the day before his accident. Nanette Litster is a
nurse in Sandy. Both the Litsters have taken an interest in Rob's
welfare, and were very kind to spend an evening with me during my visit
to Salt Lake City to attend to Rob's affairs.
