The Upstate Mediation Network is a non-profit association
of
professionals and other persons with an interest in
mediation as a form of alternative dispute resolution. Upstate
Mediation Network primarily serves the Upstate Region of South Carolina.
This site is intended to provide mediators and the public with
information related to mediation and certain alternative dispute
resolution information and sources.
Membership in the Upstate Mediation Network is open to anyone who
supports the goals of mediation. Our
members include attorneys, clergy, educators, financial consultants, mental
health professionals, real estate agents, and insurance professionals.
Most of our members serve as mediators in assisting
parties to resolve disputes. All
members are committed to resolving disputes through mediation.
